Pokemon World of Warcraft - What is Item Upgrade?
The upgrade system for items lets players improve the stats on trinkets, armors, and weapons. It also has some unique effects and procs.

Active Skill Growth Books, and Passive Skill Growth Books can be used to improve the skills of passive or active players.
These stones resonate with certain human qualities within you to make them stronger. They will not make you a better or different person but they give you the extra internal boost to confront and tackle the aspects of your personality you want to change. However, it is still your responsibility to make any real internal change yourself by changing your attitude toward the thing you wish to change.
